Request Received!
1.) You should have already received an email and SMS with the contracts to sign. Check the SPAM folder if you have not received them.
2.) Submit payment for the deposit.
3.) Review the contracts we sent and sign them. Download the signed copies and send to Title Company and CC us at [email protected]
4.) Once Title confirms the contracts are in place and we have received the deposit, EMD will be wired immediately to escrow.
